An Arts Ed Project with Grade 3

 

This project started simply with two teachers and the Arts Ed Consultant spontaneously brainstorming about a possible collaboration.  The process was:

 

  • reading together and discussing the story
  • Drama in Context

  • creating a soundscape with found objects & instruments
  • writing a script together (link to script)
making giant puppets from cardboard, raffia, foam, fabric, etc.
rehearsing the story
sharing with others
